Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our technical team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a technology professional who can provide technical assistance, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical problems promptly.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system reliability and security.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance activities.
• Maintain IT documentation, support logs, and asset inventories.
• Assist in implementing new technologies and IT projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for advanced technical support when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2 5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Experience with troubleshooting, system maintenance, and IT security practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft environments, cloud platforms, and remote support tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
