- Orchestrate end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless flow from sourcing to delivery, optimizing efficiency and minimizing disruptions.
- Develop and implement innovative supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives, driving cost reduction and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Oversee inventory management, implementing best practices to optimize stock levels, minimize obsolescence, and reduce carrying costs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Possesses certifications such as APICS CSCP or CPIM, demonstrating a strong understanding of supply chain principles.
- Exhibits 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrates experience within the manufacturing or retail industries; experience in multiple industries is a plus.
