Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Project Engineer will oversee day-to-day project execution across facility management, MEP, HVAC, and related building services, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include supporting project planning, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors, reviewing drawings and technical specifications, and monitoring site progress. The role will involve preparing project documentation, reports, and updates for stakeholders, as well as assisting with resource allocation, cost control, and risk mitigation. The Project Engineer will also support technical troubleshooting on site, participate in inspections and testing, and help ensure compliance with local regulations and client requirements. Qualifications Strong foundation in Project Engineering and Project Planning, with experience in MEP, HVAC, or related building services. Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, resource coordination, cost awareness, and progress reporting. Applied knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles relevant to building systems, installations, and maintenance. Effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, and cross-functional site teams. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience working on construction, facility management, or fit-out projects in the GCC region is an advantage. Familiarity with HSE standards, building codes, and quality control procedures for on-site project delivery. Proficiency with engineering drawings, MS Office, and project management or scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is preferred.
