Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Business/Data Analyst with a strong background in Power BI, Python, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports

• Translate complex business requirements into meaningful insights and visualizations

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting frameworks

• Ensure high accuracy, data integrity, and consistency in reporting

• Automate data processes and improve reporting efficiency

  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have 3-5 years experience in Power BI, SQL, Python and Microsoft Dynamics as a must

• Expert-level Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, reporting)

• Strong knowledge of DAX formulas

• Proficiency in Python (data handling, automation, analysis)

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation

• Experience with Power Query (ETL, data transformation)

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Pivot, dashboards)
