Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in Al Jizah, Egypt. The Writer will create clear, accurate, and engaging technical and marketing content related to Siemens automation products, control panels, and automation solutions. Daily responsibilities include drafting and editing product descriptions, manuals, user guides, case studies, proposals, and website content. The role will also involve collaborating with engineers, sales teams, and project managers to translate technical information into accessible language for various audiences. The Writer will support the development of presentation materials, documentation for commissioning and maintenance, and content for digital channels that reflect the company’s brand and technical expertise.
Qualifications
Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating technical documentation, user guides, and marketing copy. Ability to understand and translate complex engineering or automation concepts into clear, reader-friendly content. Familiarity with industrial automation, electrical engineering, or related technical fields is highly beneficial. Proficiency in using word processing and documentation tools; experience with basic layout or document design is an advantage. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders on-site. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, Communications, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Comfort working in an on-site industrial or engineering environment in Al Jizah, Egypt.
