Role Overview
You will own the full lifecycle of Zuperct's CFD product portfolio — from planning and configuration to launch and ongoing optimization. Leveraging deep knowledge of Middle Eastern client preferences and regulatory requirements, you will ensure our product matrix is competitive, compliant, and growth-enabling. This is a high-impact role where your decisions will directly shape the trading experience for thousands of traders across the GCC.
Key Responsibilities Product Planning & Configuration (50%)
Lead product matrix development across key asset classes: FX pairs, commodities (Gold, Oil, Silver), global equity indices, crypto CFDs, and single-stock CFDsConfigure product parameters in MT5 Manager: spreads (fixed/floating), leverage tiers, margin requirements, swap/overnight rates, trading sessions, and contract specifications Design and maintain Islamic (Swap-Free) account product offerings in strict accordance with Islamic finance principles — a critical requirement for the GCC market Conduct regular benchmarking against regional and global competitor platforms to ensure Zuperct maintains competitive terms
Product Operations & Iteration (30%)
Analyze client trading behavior data to identify top-traded instruments and optimize pricing parameters accordingly Collaborate closely with the liquidity team to adjust spreads and depth based on LP quote quality and market conditions Monitor global macroeconomic events and proactively manage product risk parameters (margin changes, trading halts, etc.) Maintain comprehensive product parameter change logs and version control documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Market Research & Regulatory Alignment (20%) Research trading preferences, product appetite, and behavioral patterns of Middle Eastern clients (with focus on UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar) Ensure all product configurations comply with UAE CMA and FSA regulatory requirements Contribute to client education materials and support the operations team in product onboarding and troubleshooting
Requirements Essential Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field3+ years of experience in CFD/FX broker product management, product operations, or a closely related role Hands-on proficiency with MT4/MT5 product configuration backend (Manager / Admin panels) Deep understanding of CFD mechanics: margin, leverage, swap, spread, contract specifications, and corporate actions Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data segmentation) — SQL is a plus Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Preferred
UAE or Middle East CFD/FX brokerage experience is a strong priority. Familiarity with UAE CMA, FSCA, and Seychelles FSA regulatory risk control requirements. Arabic language proficiency (written and spoken) — highly valued for client insight and stakeholder communication Mandarin Chinese proficiency — preferred for effective coordination with Group HQCFA, FRM, or CMT certification Direct LP relationship experience with Tier-1 providers (Finalto, IS Prime, etc.).
