- Engaging with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere, taking the time to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in barista training or coffee brewing preferred.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment, showcasing a passion for coffee and customer service.
Proficiency in English, with additional language skills being a significant advantage for diverse customer engagement.
Strong technical skills in operating espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with a keen attention to detail.
Working days: 5 days 2 days off
