We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Specialist to convert inquiries into appointments and bookings for our wedding and event planning services. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Contact prospective clients through phone calls, Whats App, email, and other communication channels. Respond promptly to inquiries from social media, website, and marketing campaigns. Qualify leads and understand clients' event requirements. Schedule consultations with the sales team or event planners. Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversions. Explain company services, packages, and promotions professionally. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Coordinate with the operations and event planning teams to ensure smooth client handovers. Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports. Requirements Minimum 2 years of telesales or customer service experience. Experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or luxury services is preferred. Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused. Ability to work evenings and weekends when required.
