I'm currently partnering with a well-established regional technology and retail organisation to appoint a Head of Technology who can bridge engineering excellence with operational execution. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges through technology rather than simply managing software development. Key Areas of Responsibility:Lead technology strategy across operational platforms and customer-facing systems. Drive ERP, OMS, WMS, CRM and enterprise integrations. Improve last-mile operations, automation and operational efficiency. Deliver scalable architecture and modern engineering practices. Partner closely with Operations, Customer Experience, Finance and Commercial leadership. Build and lead high-performing engineering teams. Manage technology vendors and third-party integrations.
