Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to identify and onboard key suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and quality.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and service level agreements with vendors, meticulously reviewing terms to mitigate risks and maximize value.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and supplier assessments to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and align procurement activities.
  • Oversee inventory management and demand forecasting to optimize stock levels and prevent supply chain disruptions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) or CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) are highly valued.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex procurement projects and achieving significant cost savings.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) for efficient transaction management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage supplier relationships and internal stakeholders.
