Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-volume recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets for multiple departments simultaneously.
  • Source and engage a large pipeline of qualified candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and referral programs.
  • Efficiently screen and assess a high volume of applications, identifying top talent aligned with specific job requirements and company culture.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for numerous roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high-volume or mass recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple recruitment projects concurrently and meeting aggressive deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software for candidate management and reporting.
