Lead and manage the complete HR function for TASA Gulf Industry LLC, ensuring alignment with business objectives and manufacturing operations.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes to support organizational growth and workforce efficiency.
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and compliance.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, visa processes, and statutory requirements.
Manage blue-collar and white-collar workforce operations, including manpower planning, attendance, shift management, overtime control, and productivity improvement.
Drive recruitment activities for operational, technical, and managerial positions while ensuring quality hiring.
Develop and implement KPI-based performance management systems and support appraisal processes.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution in line with UAE Labour Law.
Manage compensation and benefits activities including salary reviews, benchmarking, and employee benefits administration.
Ensure accurate HR documentation, employee records, audit readiness, and HR process compliance.
Support HR digital transformation initiatives through HRMS systems (Odoo preferred).
Prepare HR reports and dashboards covering headcount, recruitment, attrition, absenteeism, payroll, and workforce productivity.
Drive employee engagement, training, development, and succession planning initiatives.
Partner with management on workforce planning, cost optimization, and organizational development.
