Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day factory operations and production activities.

• Develop and execute production plans to meet project schedules and client requirements.

• Lead production teams including supervisors, engineers, carpenters, machine operators, and support staff.

• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.

• Monitor production efficiency and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and approved shop drawings.

• Coordinate with the Planning, Procurement, Design, QA/QC, and Project teams.

• Monitor production KPIs, productivity, material wastage, and machine performance.

• Ensure preventive maintenance of factory equipment and machinery.

• Implement Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies throughout the factory.

• Control manufacturing costs and optimize operational efficiency.

• Resolve production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology, or a related field.

• 10–15 years of experience in joinery manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of joinery production processes, woodworking machinery, CNC operations, finishing, and assembly.

• Experience in managing large-scale custom joinery production.

• Good understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality management systems.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.

• Experience in GCC/UAE joinery or interior fit-out manufacturing.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and production drawings.

• Familiarity with ISO quality standards and HSE regulations.
