Administer the smart vehicle inspection contract, coordinating with IT and vendors to maintain effective inspection systems.
Supervise supplier contracts for fleet accessories and vehicle washing services, ensuring timely delivery and service quality.
Submit and track requests for tire inspections and ensure updates are accurately recorded in the fleet management system.
Prepare new vehicles for operational deployment, including technical inspections, registration, installation of electronic systems, and application of company branding (decals/stickers).
Manage fleet replacement activities in line with approved processes and timelines, including asset scrapping, plate reassignments, and device removals.
Maintain control over spare key management, ensuring availability, tracking, and security.
