Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, route coordination, and driver assignments to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.

  • Conduct thorough pre-operation inspections of all incoming vehicles to assess technical condition and readiness.

  • Perform detailed post-maintenance inspections to verify compliance with approved safety and quality standards, identifying any unresolved issues.

  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between drivers, dispatchers, and relevant departments to support seamless fleet operations.

  • Manage and monitor vehicle towing contracts, including verification and follow-up on associated invoices.

  • Administer the smart vehicle inspection contract, coordinating with IT and vendors to maintain effective inspection systems.

  • Supervise supplier contracts for fleet accessories and vehicle washing services, ensuring timely delivery and service quality.

  • Submit and track requests for tire inspections and ensure updates are accurately recorded in the fleet management system.

  • Prepare new vehicles for operational deployment, including technical inspections, registration, installation of electronic systems, and application of company branding (decals/stickers).

  • Manage fleet replacement activities in line with approved processes and timelines, including asset scrapping, plate reassignments, and device removals.

  • Maintain control over spare key management, ensuring availability, tracking, and security.

  • Regularly audit and inspect fleet operations and facilities to ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and safety requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records of fleet data, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and asset updates

  • Provide support in vendor evaluation and selection related to fleet service providers, ensuring contractual performance and compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.

  • Experience in vehicle inspection and maintenance is highly desirable.

  • A minimum of high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
