Roles & Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement the organization's strategic plans, business objectives, and annual operating plans.

  • Drive business growth through market expansion, service diversification, and strategic partnerships.

  • Identify new business opportunities and recommend initiatives to enhance profitability.

  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.

Operational Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all departments to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Establish and monitor operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.

  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources, facilities, equipment, and manpower.

  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.


Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

  • Monitor financial performance, revenue generation, operating costs, and profitability.

  • Review financial reports and implement corrective actions where necessary.

  • Ensure sound financial governance and cost control.


Business Development

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.

  • Lead marketing and customer engagement initiatives to increase market share.

  • Identify new service offerings and revenue streams.

  • Negotiate contracts and strategic agreements.


Regulatory Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure compliance with UAE laws, industry regulations, and applicable standards.

  • Oversee quality management systems and continuous compliance with certification requirements.

  • Promote a strong culture of safety, ethics, and regulatory compliance.

  • Manage risk and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.


People Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and employees.

  • Foster a high-performance, customer-focused organizational culture.

  • Establish performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.

  • Support succession planning, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure exceptional customer service across all business operations.

  • Address major customer concerns and implement service improvement initiatives.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and develop action plans for continuous improvement.


Reporting

  • Prepare and present business performance reports to executive management and the Board, as required.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure achievement of business objectives.

  • Recommend operational and strategic improvements based on business performance analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

  • Master's degree (MBA) is preferred.


Hiring Experience

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive management experience.

  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Experience in automotive services, vehicle testing and inspection, technical services, engineering, or related industries is highly preferred.

  • Strong experience in financial management, operations, and business development.
