Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement the organization's strategic plans, business objectives, and annual operating plans.
Drive business growth through market expansion, service diversification, and strategic partnerships.
Identify new business opportunities and recommend initiatives to enhance profitability.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
Operational Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
Establish and monitor operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.
Ensure optimal utilization of resources, facilities, equipment, and manpower.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Financial Management
Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Monitor financial performance, revenue generation, operating costs, and profitability.
Review financial reports and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Ensure sound financial governance and cost control.
Business Development
Develop and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
Lead marketing and customer engagement initiatives to increase market share.
Identify new service offerings and revenue streams.
Negotiate contracts and strategic agreements.
Regulatory Compliance & Quality
Ensure compliance with UAE laws, industry regulations, and applicable standards.
Oversee quality management systems and continuous compliance with certification requirements.
Promote a strong culture of safety, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
Manage risk and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
People Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and employees.
Foster a high-performance, customer-focused organizational culture.
Establish performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.
Support succession planning, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
Customer Experience
Ensure exceptional customer service across all business operations.
Address major customer concerns and implement service improvement initiatives.
Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
Reporting
Prepare and present business performance reports to executive management and the Board, as required.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure achievement of business objectives.
Recommend operational and strategic improvements based on business performance analysis.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree (MBA) is preferred.
Hiring Experience
Minimum of 15 years of progressive management experience.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience in automotive services, vehicle testing and inspection, technical services, engineering, or related industries is highly preferred.
Strong experience in financial management, operations, and business development.
