Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and creative Photographer & Videographer to capture high-quality visual content for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, architecture, or real estate photography and the ability to create engaging content for digital marketing and social media platforms.

• Capture high-quality interior and exterior photographs and videos of residential, villa and commercial construction projects

• Shoot, edit, and deliver professional-quality property photos, videos, and promotional content

• Create engaging content for websites and social media platforms, including reels, project updates, and marketing materials

• Manage the complete production process, including lighting, sound, equipment setup, filming, and post-production editing

• Capture construction progress, project milestones, site activities, and architectural details while following safety guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in construction, architecture, or real estate photography and videography (portfolio required)

• Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, drones, gimbals, lighting equipment, and audio recording gear

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality construction and property visual content

• Advanced editing skills using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software

• Own camera/video equipment preferred

• Creative eye for composition, storytelling, and producing engaging marketing content

• Ability to work independently and manage on-site shoots efficiently
