Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and prepare purchase orders.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

  • Monitor procurement schedules, update status, and report delays to the project team/management.

  • Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes for accuracy.

  • Maintain supplier database and track vendor performance.

  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budget.

  • Manage and Control Procurement documents, correspondence, submittals, and approvals.

  • Maintain accurate logs for incoming and outgoing documents.

  • Ensure proper filing (soft and hard copies) of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier-related documents.

  • Distribute controlled copies of Procurement documents to relevant departments and stakeholders.

  • Track revisions, maintain version control, and ensure obsolete documents are removed.

  • Assist project with documentation during audits, inspections, and handover.

  • Any other assignment in line with your portfolio.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-4 years of the same field experience is mandate

  • Real estate/Construction experience is mandate

  • Prefer female candidate
