Overview:We're looking for someone who can pick up a camera and tell the story of Rare and Hella Good the way it deserves to be told. Not just posting for the sake of posting, but capturing the energy, the food, the drinks, the nights, and the people that make both brands what they are. You'll be behind the lens and behind the edit, shaping how two very different brands show up online every single day.
Key Responsibilities:Shoot photo and video across Rare and Hella Good: events, food, drinks, behind-the-scenes, staff, guest moments Edit content that feels native to each platform, not just repurposed b-roll Build and maintain a consistent content calendar and posting cadence across Instagram, Tik Tok, and other channels Work closely with the Marketing team to turn campaign briefs into content that actually lands Capture live events in real time Keep a content library organized and ready for reuse across campaigns
Requirements: A strong eye: composition, lighting, pacing, and an instinct for what stops the scroll Comfortable shooting AND editing, start to finish Someone who can find the story in a room, not just document it Fast turnaround and reliable under pressure during live events Own equipment (camera/phone) a plus but not required Based in Dubai
