- Provide L1 and L2 technical support via phone, email, remote desktop, and in person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, printer, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Set up and manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Configure and troubleshoot email clients such as Microsoft Outlook.
- Provide remote support using remote access tools.
- Log, track, prioritize, and resolve incidents through IT service management (ITSM) ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP connectivity issues.
- Install, update, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Perform software installations, patch management, and antivirus updates.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Escalate unresolved issues to L3 support or relevant vendors.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including device setup and account provisioning.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
- Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Desktop Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
- Basic networking concepts, including switches, routers, and VPN.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or ManageEngine ServiceDesk.
- Familiarity with remote support tools.
- Hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Basic understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
