Ensure that BBS conforms to relevant codes and standards.
Coordinate with the site planning team to align material requirements with
project schedules.
Liaise with the Cut & Bend factory production team to plan rebar fabrication,
sequencing, and dispatch based on site demand.
Ensure all material requisitions and cutting lists are released on time to avoid
production or site delays.
Conduct daily and weekly planning meetings with factory and site teams to
review order status, production progress, and delivery schedules.
Validate bar details for shape code accuracy, bend radius, and tolerances before
releasing to production.
Perform material optimization and yield analysis to minimize scrap and ensure
maximum utilization of available stock lengths.
Collaborate with the quality department to ensure compliance with QA/QC
procedures during cutting and bending.
Maintain records of approved BBS, revisions, material consumption, and
wastage reports.
Track and update production vs. issued schedules and submit periodic progress reports
management reports.
Support design and project teams in resolving rebar-related queries and drawing
discrepancies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5–8 years of experience.
Experience in high-rise, industrial, modular, or large-scale construction projects preferred.
