Oracle Change Management Consultant (Oracle HCM/ERP/SCM)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite)
Contract: 1 Year
Experience: 7-10 Years

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Change Management Consultant to drive organisational change for Oracle transformation programmes across HCM, ERP, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and other Oracle Cloud modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Change Management strategies for Oracle implementations.

• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and business readiness activities.

• Lead communication, training, and user adoption initiatives.

• Manage resistance to change and support organisational transition.

• Facilitate workshops and engage business leaders and project teams.

• Track adoption metrics and support post-go-live change activities.

  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• 7-10 years of Change Management experience on Oracle transformation programmes.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, SCM, Procurement, or Finance.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

• Experience with Prosci/ADKAR or similar Change Management methodologies is preferred.

• UAE/GCC project experience is an advantage.
