Job Summary:As an AI SEO Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven SEO strategies that improve organic search visibility, website traffic, and lead generation. You will leverage AI tools and modern SEO practices, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), to maximize online performance across search engines and AI-powered platforms.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and comprehensive SEO audits. Optimize website content and structure for SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). Create, optimize, and refine AI-assisted content using Claude AI and other AI-powered tools. Implement on-page, technical, off-page, and local SEO best practices. Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority through ethical link-building strategies. Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools. Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations. Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes, AI search developments, and emerging SEO trends. Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to achieve business and lead generation objectives.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and organic search optimization. Practical experience using AI tools, including Claude AI, for SEO and content optimization. Strong understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Solid knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO. Experience with Word Press or other CMS platforms. Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with AI-powered SEO workflows and prompt engineering. Knowledge of automation tools and AI-assisted marketing processes. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS. Experience working with international or B2B clients is an advantage.
