The Senior Design Manager will lead the design delivery of large-scale mixed-use developments from concept through construction. The role is responsible for managing multidisciplinary consultants, ensuring design quality, coordination, compliance with local regulations, and alignment with project objectives, budget, and programme. Key Responsibilities Manage the design process from concept to project completion. Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and specialist consultants. Review and approve design deliverables, drawings, and technical specifications. Ensure compliance with Armenian regulations, international standards, and client requirements. Monitor design schedules, budgets, and consultant performance. Lead design coordination meetings and resolve technical issues. Support procurement, tendering, construction, RFIs, shop drawing reviews, and value engineering. Coordinate authority submissions and approvals. Work closely with the Project Director, Commercial, Planning, and Construction teams to achieve project milestones. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Master's Degree or professional registration is an advantage. Experience Minimum 15 years of relevant experience. Proven experience managing the design of large mixed-use developments. Experience with PMC, developers, or engineering consultancies is preferred. Experience in Armenia, CIS countries, or the Middle East is an advantage. Skills Strong design and technical coordination skills. Knowledge of BIM, Auto CAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Strong understanding of design management, value engineering, and project delivery.
