The Role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager / Logistics Supervisor / Storekeeper to oversee warehouse activities, inventory control, logistics coordination, and operational performance. This part-time remote opportunity is ideal for a proactive and organized professional with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. You will coordinate with procurement, suppliers, transportation partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate stock management and efficient movement of goods. Key Responsibilities Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, inventory, and dispatch operations. Monitor stock levels, inventory movements, replenishment requirements, and warehouse capacity. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and audits. Coordinate deliveries, transportation schedules, shipments, and logistics service providers. Ensure warehouse procedures follow company policies, safety requirements, and operational standards. Track warehouse and logistics KPIs and implement improvements to increase productivity and efficiency. Coordinate with procurement teams to maintain adequate material availability and timely replenishment. Maintain warehouse documentation, stock reports, shipment records, and operational records. Investigate inventory discrepancies, delivery issues, and operational problems and coordinate appropriate solutions. Lead and support warehouse personnel while promoting teamwork, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in warehouse management, logistics supervision, inventory control, or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, distribution, and logistics coordination. Knowledge of stock control, warehouse safety, transportation planning, and supply chain best practices. Familiarity with ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Excel, inventory software, and logistics reporting tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication, leadership, delegation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment. Demonstrated ability to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, and logistics performance.
