The team is dedicated to redefining floral elegance and creating moments that last a lifetime. Role Description The Senior Florist is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates. The Senior Florist will design and create luxury floral arrangements for a wide range of occasions, including events, corporate orders, and personalized gifting. Daily responsibilities include selecting and conditioning flowers, preparing bouquets and arrangements, maintaining display areas, and managing order fulfillment to meet quality and delivery standards. The role involves collaborating with the team on subscription offerings, gift box concepts, and fragrance pairings, as well as guiding junior florists and providing customer-facing consultation on floral designs. The Senior Florist will also support inventory management, ensure proper care and storage of materials, and uphold Florawy’s brand standards for elegance and service. Qualifications Strong floral design and arrangement skills, with experience in luxury or premium floral concepts. Proficiency in flower selection, care, conditioning, and preservation to maintain product quality. Experience managing event and corporate floral projects, including planning, setup, and on-site coordination. Customer service skills to consult with clients, understand requirements, and provide design recommendations. Ability to supervise and mentor junior florists, coordinate daily workflow, and maintain high production standards. Basic inventory and stock management skills, including ordering supplies and tracking floral materials. Attention to detail, strong sense of aesthetics, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a senior or lead florist, preferably in a luxury or boutique floral business. Comfort with working on-site, flexible scheduling during peak seasons, and physical ability to handle floral materials and event setups. Relevant training or certification in floral design or a related field is an advantage; fluency in English and familiarity with the UAE market are beneficial.
