Job Title: Outdoor Digital Sales Executive
We are looking for a motivated and professional Outdoor Sales Executive with good knowledge of the UAE market to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for building client relationships and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and direct client meetings.• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.• Meet prospective clients, understand their business needs, and offer suitable advertising and marketing solutions.• Conduct regular outdoor visits to advertisers, agencies, and corporate clients across the UAE.• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers based on client requirements.• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.• Maintain accurate records of client meetings, contracts, collections, payments, and related documents.• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities. Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Requirements:• 2–3 years of experience in outdoor sales, advertising sales, media sales, or a related field.• Strong network of relationships with advertisers, corporate clients, and media agencies in the UAE is an advantage.• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.• Willingness to travel across the UAE for client meetings. Preferred Skills:• Fluent in Arabic and English.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Well-organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
