• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows for both web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across digital products and enhances the overall user experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven UX/UI design experience for consumer mobile applications (iOS and Android)

  • Expert proficiency in a modern design and prototyping tool (e.g. Figma)

  • Demonstrable experience building and maintaining design systems

  • Strong portfolio showing problem-to-solution design thinking and shipped product work

  • Experience designing data-driven, personalised or recommendation-led experiences, and

  planning usability testing to validate them

  • Ability to collaborate closely with developers and data teams to maintain design fidelity

  • Experience in hospitality, attractions, travel, ticketing or e-commerce journeys
