Supervise pipeline construction or maintenance crews on-site
Coordinate daily work activities and assign tasks to workers
Read and interpret pipeline drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental regulations
Monitor welding, trenching, coating, hydrotesting, and pipe laying activities
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are achieved
Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and project managers
Maintain daily progress reports, timesheets, and site documentation
Ensure equipment and tools are properly maintained and safely operated
Resolve field issues and operational delays efficiently
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
Manage material usage and inventory on-site
Desired Candidate Profile
5 or more years of water transmission pipeline construction or maintenance experience
Previous supervisory or foreman experience
Strong knowledge of DI, GRP, pipeline installation methods and safety standards
Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents
Familiarity with heavy equipment operations
Good leadership and communication skills
