Role Description The PROJECT RESHAPE Sales Executive Internship is a part-time sales role focused on generating and nurturing leads for fitness coaching programs, with candidates considered from the UK, Europe, USA, and Canada only. This is a full-time commitment during the internship period, and the position is on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting outreach through digital channels, and presenting coaching services clearly and persuasively. The Sales Executive Intern will manage follow-ups, maintain accurate records of prospects, assist in developing promotional campaigns, and collaborate closely with coaching staff to align sales messages with program offerings. The role also involves gathering client feedback, supporting basic administrative tasks related to sales, and contributing to an excellent prospective client experience.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle client inquiries professionally. Sales-oriented mindset, including basic understanding of lead generation, pipeline management, and follow-up techniques. Comfort with digital tools and platforms (CRM systems, social media, email, and messaging apps) to support outreach and client engagement. Interest in fitness, health, and wellness, with the ability to understand and explain coaching services clearly. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Eligibility and willingness to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for the duration of the internship. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness-related roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
