يعتني بجميع أعطال المعدات الكهربائية مثل المحركات أحادية/متعددة الأوجه المنخفضة والمتوسطة الجهد، لوحات التوزيع المنخفضة الجهد، MCCs، إضاءة المصانع، المحولات، UPS، VFD، القواطع، المحرك الناعم، وغيرها. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يجري أعمال الصيانة المخططة/الوقائية/التنبؤية بحد أدنى من التوجيه والإشراف.
يحدد ويبلغ عن أي شوائب. يقوم بإصلاح و/أو استبدال العناصر المطلوبة ويعيد تجميع المعدات واختبارها، مع ترك منطقة العمل نظيفة.
يقوم بتقييم تقني لمتطلب وظائف مخصصة ويختار الأدوات والمعدات اللازمة لإنجاز العمل.
يشخص أعطال كهربائية بفعالية ويستكشف أعطال المعدات والآلات مع (حد أدنى من) التوجيه.
باستخدام نظام الصيانة المحوسب (SAP)، يطلب قطع الغيار من المستودع ويحافظ سجلات جميع أعمال الصيانة المكتملة.
يضمن أن جميع أعمال الصيانة تُنفَّذ وفق إجراءات السلامة والمتطلبات التشغيلية للمصنع.
يراقب أي تعطل متكرر ويُوصي بتعديل مناسب لحل المشكلة.
يوفر معرفة عن المصانع والمعدات للمُلحِقين حديثاً من فنيي الكهرباء والمتدربين لدى المقاولين لمساعدتهم في أداء أعمال الصيانة.
يعمل باستمرار على تحسين الأداء البيئي والصحة والسلامة وشركة المصانع والمعدات من خلال المشاركة في مبادرات 5S، التميز التجاري والسلامة.
يؤدي واجبات أخرى ذات صلة كما يُنقل من قبل المشرف/المسؤول.
يساعد الأقسام الأخرى في إصلاح واستكشاف مشاكل المعدات.
ملف المرشح المطلوب
المؤهلات الدنيا:
دبلوم في المجال ذو الصلة.
إكمال تدريب PEC للحِرف
الخبرة الدنيا:
3 سنوات خبرة ذات صلة في صناعة ثقيلة بعد الدبلوم
لا خبرة مطلوبة بعد إكمال تدريب PEC
المهارات:
معرفة جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية قراءة وكتابةً
يجب أن يكون على دراية بجميع أدوات الصيانة ويجب أن يمتلك معرفة جيدة بتقنية المعلومات
خبرة في التركيب واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها
يجب أن يكون قادرًا على قراءة وفهم الرسومات الهندسية والكتيبات والتعليمات
Attends to all electrical equipment breakdowns such as LV-MV motors, LV Switchboards, MCCs, Plant lightings, Transformers, UPS, VFD, Breakers, Soft starter, etc. In addition, carries out planned/preventive/predictive maintenance work with minimum direction and supervision.
Identifies and reports any abnormalities. Repairs and /or replaces required items and re-assembles and tests the equipment, leaving the working area clean.
Technically assesses the requirement of allocated jobs and selects the necessary tools and equipment to complete such work.
Effectively diagnoses electrical breakdowns/failures & troubleshoots electrical failures of plant and equipment with (minimum or) no direction.
Using the computerized maintenance system (SAP), orders the spare parts from warehouse and maintains records of all maintenance work completed.
Ensures that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the safety procedures and plant operational requirements.
Monitors any repeated breakdown and recommends proper modification to resolve the problem.
Provides plant & equipment knowledge to newly joined electricians/craft trainees and contractors to help them in carrying out their maintenance work.
Continuously works towards improving EHS and Plant & Equipment Performance by participating in 5S, Business Excellence and Safety Initiatives.
Performs other related duties as communicated by Supervisor/Superior.
Assists other departments in the repair and troubleshooting of equipment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma in relevant field.
Completion of PEC Craft Training
Minimum Experience:
3 Years of relevant experience in a heavy industry after Diploma
No experience required after completion of PEC Training
Skills:
A good knowledge of written and spoken English
Must be familiar with all maintenance tools and should have good IT knowledge
Experience in installation & troubleshooting
Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings/manuals/instructions
