HIRING – MECHANICAL DRAFTSMAN

� Location: Dubai, UAE

� Experience: Minimum 6 years UAE experience

�️ Project Experience: Industrial / Warehouse Projects

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare mechanical MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings & as-built drawings.

• Understand customer requirements, project specifications & consultant requirements.

• Review consultant comments, revise drawings and coordinate for comment clearance & approval.

• Prepare HVAC, ventilation, ductwork, chilled water piping, plumbing & equipment layouts.

• Coordinate mechanical drawings with electrical, architectural, structural & other MEP services.

• Basic knowledge of electrical panel room layouts, MDB/SMDB arrangements & equipment clearances.

• Basic knowledge of cable tray, cable ladder & cable routing layouts.

• Ensure drawings comply with DEWA/ADDC requirements, UAE standards & project specifications.

• Prepare accurate as-built drawings based on site conditions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years UAE experience as a Mechanical Draftsman.

• Strong experience in industrial and warehouse projects.

• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.

• Revit MEP knowledge is an advantage.

• Good understanding of DEWA/ADDC requirements.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and clear consultant comments.

• Good knowledge of mechanical MEP systems and coordination.
