• Implement and maintain robust OT cybersecurity defenses for telecommunication and SCADA systems, ensuring operational continuity and data integrity.

• Support field activities including installation, commissioning, FAT, SAT, and site supervision.

• Support OT cybersecurity activities across the project, including technical reviews, site activities, coordination, implementation support, testing, commissioning, and compliance with project cybersecurity requirements.

• Oversee the secure integration of new OT technologies and systems, ensuring they meet stringent cybersecurity standards from inception.

• Provide expertise in telecom infrastructure and secure connectivity, including MPLS, VLAN, firewall, VPN, and 4G/5G communications. Define telecom requirements, coordinate telecom scope, design secure communication links, and support network provisioning, IP planning, and VLAN/firewall/VPN configuration

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in OT cybersecurity, with a focus on telecommunications and SCADA environments.
• Proven expertise in securing industrial control systems (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) platforms.
• Strong understanding of telecommunication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, MPLS, cellular) and their security implications.
