• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic tools and equipment.

• Inspect vehicles to identify the cause of breakdowns and performance issues.

• Perform computer diagnostics and interpret fault codes.

• Repair and replace faulty engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical components.

• Conduct routine servicing and preventive maintenance.

• Test vehicles after repairs to ensure proper performance and safety.

• Identify and report additional repair requirements to the Supervisor.

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, diagnoses, repairs, and replaced parts.

• Follow workshop safety procedures and manufacturer repair standards.

• Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean and in good condition.

• Support other mechanics and technicians when required.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Workshop Supervisor/Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong vehicle diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic scanners

• Knowledge of engine, transmission, brake and suspension systems

• Good electrical and electronic systems knowledge

• Ability to read and interpret fault codes

• Mechanical repair and maintenance skills

• Ability to identify and resolve complex vehicle faults

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to use workshop tools and equipment safely

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage
