Lead civil construction activities including earthworks, excavation, trenching, roads, foundations, concrete, pipe supports, crossings, drainage and pipeline infrastructure.
Manage project scope, budget, schedule, manpower, equipment and materials.
Coordinate pipeline ROW, crossings, tie-ins, valve stations and associated civil works.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, approved drawings, method statements, ITPs and UAE regulations.
Manage subcontractors and multidisciplinary construction teams to achieve safe, timely and quality execution.
Monitor progress, productivity and critical activities; implement recovery and mitigation plans.
Coordinate interfaces between Civil, Pipeline, Mechanical, E&I, QA/QC, HSE, Planning and Commissioning teams.
Liaise with ADNOC, PMC/consultants, EPC management and project stakeholders.
Support technical queries, NCRs, design changes, variations, claims and field modifications.
Monitor material requirements, equipment and manpower utilization.
Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
Ensure proper as-built documentation, inspection records, handover dossiers and project close-out.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
18–20+ years of relevant Oil & Gas/EPC construction experience.
Strong experience in pipeline and associated civil infrastructure projects.
Previous ADNOC/Abu Dhabi project experience highly preferred.
Proven experience managing subcontractors, multidisciplinary teams and major construction activities.
Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, HSE, QA/QC, project controls and construction management.
Excellent leadership, coordination, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
