Our leading healthcare facility is looking for an experienced Echo Technician / Echocardiography Technologist to perform diagnostic echocardiographic examinations and assist cardiologists in the evaluation of cardiac conditions. Key Responsibilities

Perform 2D, M-Mode, Doppler, and Color Doppler echocardiography examinations. Conduct transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) according to clinical requirements. Obtain high-quality cardiac images and measurements for physician interpretation. Assist cardiologists during specialized echocardiographic procedures where required. Prepare patients and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation. Perform appropriate measurements and preliminary technical assessments. Maintain and operate echocardiography equipment and report technical issues promptly. Ensure proper patient identification, documentation, and maintenance of examination records. Assist with stress echocardiography and other advanced studies where trained. Follow infection-control, radiation-free imaging, patient-safety, and facility protocols. Coordinate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain confidentiality and comply with Dubai healthcare regulations. Participate in quality assurance, equipment maintenance, and continuing professional development.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Cardiac Care Technology, Echocardiography, Cardiovascular Technology, or a relevant field. Relevant professional experience as an Echo Technician / Echocardiography Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in echocardiography preferred. Valid DHA license or DHA eligibility for Echocardiography Technologist, as applicable. Experience in adult transthoracic echocardiography is essential. Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and echocardiographic techniques. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams
