Supervise and lead carpentry teams for reinforced concrete, shuttering and formwork works.
Plan and distribute daily work among carpenters and workers.
Execute and supervise formwork, shuttering and reinforcement-related carpentry works as per approved drawings.
Read and interpret structural drawings, dimensions, levels and specifications.
Ensure proper alignment, leveling, dimensions and installation of formwork before concrete casting.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors and other construction teams.
Monitor work progress, manpower productivity and material requirements.
Inspect completed carpentry and formwork works to ensure quality and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and project requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction carpentry, preferably in reinforced concrete and formwork works.
Proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman / Shuttering Foreman.
Strong knowledge of shuttering, formwork and concrete-related carpentry works.
Ability to read and understand structural drawings and measurements.
Good knowledge of formwork installation, alignment, leveling and dismantling.
Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
Ability to supervise a team and meet project deadlines.
GCC/UAE construction experience is preferred.
Relevant technical qualification or vocational training is an advantage.
