Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MEP Manager with a minimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure projects to lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works. The candidate should have experience in utility networks, street lighting, pumping stations, drainage, sewerage, water networks, and other infrastructure-related MEP systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all MEP activities on infrastructure projects. Coordinate MEP works with construction, engineering, and client teams. Review drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and project specifications. Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed on time and within budget. Manage subcontractors and site teams. Coordinate with utility authorities and consultants. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements. Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities. Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 20 years of experience in MEP infrastructure projects. Experience with roads, bridges, utilities, pumping stations, street lighting, drainage, sewerage, and water networks. Strong knowledge of construction practices, project management, and authority requirements. Experience working on UAE/GCC infrastructure projects is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. A valid UAE Driving License

نحن نبحث عن مدير ميكانيكا وكهرباء وسباكة (MEP) ذي خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في مشاريع البنية التحتية لقيادة وإدارة جميع أعمال الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح خبرة في شبكات المرافق، وإنارة الشوارع، ومحطات الضخ، والصرف الصحي، وشبكات المياه، وغيرها من أنظمة الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
إدارة والإشراف على جميع أنشطة الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة في مشاريع البنية التحتية. تنسيق أعمال الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة مع فرق البناء والهندسة والعملاء. مراجعة الرسومات والتقديمات الفنية وبيانات الطرق ومواصفات المشروع. مراقبة تقدم المشروع وضمان إنجاز الأعمال في الوقت المحدد وفي حدود الميزانية. إدارة المقاولين من الباطن وفرق الموقع. التنسيق مع هيئات المرافق والاستشاريين. ضمان الامتثال للجودة والسلامة ومتطلبات المشروع. دعم أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل وتسليم المشروع. حضور اجتماعات المشروع وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة عن سير العمل.
المؤهلات
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية. خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً في مشاريع البنية التحتية للميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة. خبرة في الطرق والجسور والمرافق ومحطات الضخ وإنارة الشوارع وشبكات الصرف الصحي والمياه. معرفة قوية بممارسات البناء وإدارة المشاريع ومتطلبات السلطات. يفضل من لديه خبرة في العمل على مشاريع البنية التحتية في الإمارات العربية المتحدة/دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. مهارات قيادية وتواصل وتنسيق قوية. رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية المفعول.
