Manage breakbulk and project cargo operations from vessel discharge through final delivery.
Coordinate with port authorities, shipping agents, transporters, equipment suppliers, stevedores, and clients.
Plan cargo movements based on weight, dimensions, trailer capacity, and applicable road/port restrictions.
Coordinate flatbeds, lowbeds, cranes, forklifts, manpower, stevedores, and other operational equipment.
Monitor vessel discharge, cargo loading, transport, offloading, and yard operations.
Handle oversized and OOG cargo movement requirements.
Coordinate permits, escorts, vehicle access, gate passes, and operational approvals.
Maintain proper tally records, trip records, timesheets, and operational supporting documents.
Communicate clearly with clients and management regarding operational status, delays, requirements, and risks.
Identify operational issues early and take immediate action to resolve them.
Ensure safe and efficient cargo handling throughout the operation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven UAE experience in breakbulk, project cargo, OOG cargo, RoRo, or heavy cargo operations.
Practical experience with cranes, forklifts, stevedores, flatbeds, lowbeds, and port operations.
Understanding of cargo dimensions, weights, trailer planning, and operational restrictions.
Experience in Fujairah Port, Khalid Port, Hamriyah, Jebel Ali, or similar UAE ports is highly preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Confident dealing with clients, drivers, port teams, contractors, and authorities.
Street-smart, energetic, and comfortable working both in the office and in the field.
Able to work under pressure during vessel and cargo operations.
Must be willing to work in Fujairah.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
