Strong understanding of UAE payroll practices, WPS, employment-related requirements, and statutory deductions.???? Experience with HRIS, payroll software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.???? Strong reconciliation, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.???? Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information.???? Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.???? GCC payroll experience is an advantage.???? CIPP, CPP, ACCA, CMA, or related professional qualifications are an advantage.????
