Maintenance Supervisor (Food Industry) Location: Between Ajman and Sharjah, UAESchedule: 6 days per week | 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Role purpose Lead plant maintenance to improve equipment reliability and support uninterrupted production. Experience and mandatory requirements Minimum 5 years as a Maintenance Supervisor in an industrial environment; food industry experience preferred.
Key responsibilities Plan preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for plant equipment and utilities. Lead technicians and supervisors; allocate work and coordinate shutdowns with production. Investigate recurring failures and implement root-cause corrective actions. Manage spare parts, contractors and maintenance expenditure. Monitor downtime, repair completion and preventive maintenance compliance. Enforce safe isolation, work permits and hygienic maintenance practices. Skills and capabilities Strong industrial mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge. Team leadership, maintenance planning and fault analysis skills.
