We’re looking for a proactive and organized Logistics Officer to coordinate shipments, deliveries, documentation, and day-to-day logistics activities. Work closely with warehouse teams to support inventory movement, receiving, dispatch, and stock coordination.???? Update ERP, transport management, and logistics tracking systems accurately.???? Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, reduce delays, and streamline logistics processes.???? QUALIFICATIONS???? Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.???? 2–4+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, or supply chain operations preferred.???? Good understanding of freight, warehousing, delivery coordination, and import/export procedures.???? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, ERP, or logistics management systems.???? Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.???? Excellent communication and coordination abilities.⏱️ Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.???????? UAE/GCC logistics experience is an advantage.????
