Supervise and execute daily warehouse activities including Inbound, Outbound, Processing, Picking, Put-away, Decanting, Replenishment and Dispatch.
Ensure planned daily volumes are completed within agreed SLAs and target throughput.
Monitor workflow throughout the shift and take immediate corrective action to avoid operational delays or backlogs.
Coordinate with other warehouse departments and support functions to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
Plan and deploy manpower according to operational volumes and approved budgets.
Ensure effective utilization of resources and achievement of target manpower productivity for each activity.
Lead and supervise approximately 30–40 employees, including Team Leaders and floor staff.
Regularly monitor individual and team productivity and take corrective actions to improve performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.
3–5 years of warehouse/distribution centre experience, preferably with team supervisory responsibility.
Experience in a large-scale Retail, E-commerce, FMCG or automated Distribution Centre is preferred.
Working knowledge of WMS and automated warehouse systems; Dematic exposure is an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
