Dubai Municipality Approved Specialist Training: Supervisors must complete a certified training program (such as the Water Tank Cleaning and Disinfection Training Course for Managers and Supervisors). This training covers water safety, chemical dosage, and municipal guidelines
Confined Space Entry & Supervision Certification: Because water tanks are classified as hazardous confined spaces, supervisors must hold a specialized certification to manage gas testing, ventilation, and emergency rescue protocols
Occupational Health / Food Handling Medical Card: Because they deal directly with municipal drinking water systems, supervisors and technicians must pass regulatory medical fitness tests to prove they do not carry infectious waterborne pathogens.
UAE Driving License: While not a regulatory health license, most companies strictly require supervisors to have a valid UAE driver's license to transport the field crew, specialized water pumps, and chemicals across multiple sites
