A leading recruitment company is looking for an energetic and results-driven Recruitment Executive to join its Dubai team.

Candidate Profile: Tagalog speaker Degree holders and non-degree holders are welcome to apply Previous experience is an advantage but not required Background in call center, customer service, or sales is preferred Fluent in English with excellent communication skills Strong team player with good multitasking and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process based on client requirements Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates Draft and publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms Advise clients on market salary ranges and candidate availability Format CVs and prepare candidate reports Coordinate interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates Facilitate offer letter signing and candidate document submission Maintain professional communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
