Senior Mechanical Engineer with strong experience in infrastructure projects, specializing in pump stations, lifting stations, drainage systems, and associated mechanical works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage mechanical works for pump stations, lifting stations, drainage facilities, and infrastructure projects.
• Oversee installation of pumps, valves, pipework, mechanical equipment, actuators, penstocks, screens, and associated systems.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, ITPs, RFIs, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate mechanical works with civil, electrical, instrumentation, and SCADA systems.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, performance testing, and final acceptance of mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, designers, and stakeholders to resolve technical and construction issues.
• Ensure mechanical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and applicable standards.
• Support handover and closeout, including O&M manuals, as-built drawings, testing records, and asset documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in mechanical infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in pump stations and lifting stations.
• Experience with pumps, valves, pipework, mechanical equipment, and associated systems.
• Strong knowledge of installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
• Experience working with infrastructure contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of QA/QC, HSE, technical documentation, and construction procedures.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE/GCC infrastructure experience is preferred.
