A leading jewellery retail group in Dubai, with showrooms across the GCC, is seeking a professional Retail Trainer to develop its showroom teams and drive customer experience and sales performance.

• Identify training needs across showrooms and plan a structured monthly training calendar.

• Deliver training on product knowledge (gold, diamonds and gemstones), selling skills, customer service and clienteling.

• Conduct induction and onboarding programmes for new sales staff.

• Develop training content, presentations and assessments in Arabic and English.

• Coach staff on the shop floor and follow up on how they apply the training.

• Measure training impact through sales KPIs, mystery shopping and customer feedback.

• Maintain training records and report regularly to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory) with good English.

• Retail experience is mandatory.

• Proven experience as a Trainer, L&D Specialist or in a similar role.

• Jewellery, watch or luxury retail experience is strongly preferred.

• Excellent presentation, communication and coaching skills.

• Currently in the UAE (Dubai preferred) and available to join immediately.

• UAE driving licence and a training certification (e.g. TTT) are an advantage.
