نبذة عن الدور الوظيفي
يتولى مضيف المناطق العامة مسؤولية الحفاظ على نظافة ومظهر والصيانة العامة لجميع المناطق العامة في الفندق. ويضمن هذا الدور أن يجد كل ضيف بيئة نظيفة ومرحبة ومصانة جيداً في جميع الأوقات. يلعب مضيف المناطق العامة دوراً أساسياً في دعم سمعة الفندق في تحقيق مستوى استثنائي من النظافة والراحة ورضا الضيوف.
ما ستفعله:
تنظيف ومسح الغبار وتعقيم جميع أجزاء غرفة الضيوف (غرفة النوم، غرفة المعيشة، غرفة الطعام، والحمام) وفقاً لالإجراءات المتبعة
أداء مهام مضيف الغرف في الغرف المشغولة وغرف المغادرة
تقديم خدمة إعداد الأسرة والغرف للمساء للضيوف
البحث عن فرص لتخصيص تجربة الخدمة لكل ضيف
أداء أي مهام أو مشاريع أخرى يكلف بها مساعد مدير التدبير المنزلي، أو مدير التدبير المنزلي، أو مدير إدارة التدبير المنزلي.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في دور مماثل لدى علامة تجارية فاخرة

About the role
The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of all public areas of the hotel. This role ensures that every guest encounters a spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained environment at all times. The Public Area Attendant plays an essential role in supporting the hotel’s reputation for exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.
What you will do:
Clean, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure
Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms
Provides turndown service for guests
Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Housekeeping Manager or Director of Housekeeping.
What you bring:
A minimum of at least 1 year of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
Strong organization skills and an eye for attention to detail
Strong communication skills
An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
