Our client, a main contractor with fit out and joinery capabilities, is looking to appoint a Factory Manager to run its joinery factory.

The Role

Manage day to day operations of the joinery factory
Plan production to meet project programmes and site deadlines
Oversee quality control across all joinery items
Manage the factory workforce, supervisors and machinery
Coordinate with project, design and procurement teams
Drive efficiency and control factory costs
