- Construct, assemble, and dismantle wooden or metal forms used to shape concrete structures, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately create formwork that meets project specifications and design requirements.
- Measure and cut materials to the required dimensions, utilizing various hand and power tools with expertise and attention to detail.
- Secure and reinforce forms with clamps, braces, and other supports to withstand the weight of poured concrete during curing.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training in carpentry preferred to ensure foundational skills.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in shuttering carpentry, demonstrating expertise in formwork construction.
Possession of relevant certifications such as OSHA or equivalent safety training, showcasing commitment to workplace safety.
Experience working on large-scale construction projects, including commercial and residential buildings for a comprehensive skill set.
Previous Oil and Gas Experience is a must
