We are looking for an experienced Keycloak / Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist with Azure experience to support an enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide Level 1 support, troubleshooting and resolution of Keycloak/IAM issues

• Perform daily operational and administration activities

• Implement configuration changes

• Apply patches and security updates

• Proactively identify, troubleshoot and resolve operational issues

• Support remediation of security and vulnerability issues

• Perform periodic system health checks

• Participate in product upgrades

• Support Red Hat / Keycloak scaling activities

• Support backup, restore and Disaster Recovery (DR) activities

• Coordinate with Red Hat Global Support Services (GSS) and manage support tickets when required

• Maintain clear technical and operational documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong hands-on experience with Keycloak and Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Good working experience with Microsoft Azure

• Experience supporting Keycloak in production environments

• Good understanding of authentication, authorization and SSO concepts

• Experience with Red Hat / Linux environments is preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills

• Experience with security patching, vulnerability remediation, upgrades and system health checks

• Experience with backup/restore and Disaster Recovery processes

• Experience with Grafana and Prometheus is a strong advantage

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently in an enterprise environment

The engagement may initially be remote, with an expectation to transition to onsite work at a later stage.
